Misty’s leadership integrates DEI principles into business strategy to deliver long-term, measurable results. Her career spans corporate leadership roles at Altria Group, JPMorgan Chase, and Twilio, and began in DEI at Code2040, a non-profit focused on racial equity in tech. She is a culture analyst, helping brands unlock growth by applying cultural awareness and inclusive strategies to connect with diverse audiences, and a sought-after speaker whose thought leadership has been featured in The New York Times, Fast Company, Fortune, Forbes, and The Wall Street Journal. Misty is a proud alumna of the illustrious Florida A&M University, School of Business and Industry, where she earned her degree in Business Administration (Concentration in Marketing) and is the Founder of HBCU No Regrets.  Misty is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc., a dog mom to Dash (13 y/o Yorkie), a super-active Godmother of 3, and enjoys fitness, fashion, travel, brunch, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
